Course was in pretty good shape, greens looked to have not been fully healed from a recent aeration but weren't too rough. Great views and a challenging set up

Do not go to this course. For the same money you can enjoy Winstar with better greens and beautiful fairways. Not only is the road to the golf course completely tore up, the cart paths are all broken. But that's not the worst. We teed off at 8:20, no starter, so everyone was crammed. Walked up to hit & guys behind yelled & asked to play through so we let them then the marshall said we were on a 6 hour pace but ended our 18 exactly 4 hours after we started. Horrible course itself, will not be back. Ever.

The course was decent, but the management here need to work on customer service. Came up for a weekend trip with some buddies, and due to course rules you can’t play 6 people per group (5 is the max). So we bought back to back tee times and 3 golf carts, and played through as if we were 2 groups back to back. The front desk guy continued to harass us about “playing together” and how that was not allowed. Even though we were playing exactly as if we were following another group. And we were letting groups play through us as well to be respectful. They literally had the course marshal riding behind us the entire time we were there babysitting us. Obviously this was very frustrating and forced us to rush through the course barely talking to each other. I understand that courses have rules, and we were doing our best to obey them with 6 people. I definitely won’t be returning to this course anytime soon. And I’d recommend anyone with more than 2-3 people consider driving a little further to another course. Also entrance road was terrible. And we never once saw a beverage cart.

Definitely a hidden gem, but be prepared with a few extra golf balls if you don't find the fairway every time. The elevation change on the back nine is incredible for the area. Some holes have approximately 100' of change. Only an hour from the northern side of the Metroplex. Course was in great shape.

Their website says it is $28+tax for a junior to play golf with a cart .. but if you would be walking it's only $10
