Every time I visit this Planned Parenthood location for my depo shots the staff is friendly and professional. The wait time is moderate, nothing like at the Drs office in my experience, and I always receive the shot and am happily on my way with no issues.

I was denied services. I did pregnancy test at home and it was positive, so I needed ultrasound to make sure baby is ok. Clinic sux so is the services. Felt discriminated.

I came to the center with an appointment to be seen for a month-long problem that I had already waited weeks for the appointment. I arrived two minutes late I got in line to check in. I waited in line for 12 minutes. When I was brought up to the counter to check in I was told that I had that's past my appointment time and that they would not see me unless they have another cancellation. I then watch them call out any any other appointments for 11:40 at 11:50 which they did not do for my appointment time to make sure that everyone was checked in within 10 minutes of their appointment time so that they can make sure they were seeing which they did not do for my appointment time. The girl at the front was not going to ask the nurse if she could fit me in another person had to tell her that they were legally obligated to do that. I was told that if I wanted to be seen I would have to wait in the afternoon which I could not do because I had to go home take care of my kid. And then told me I should make another appointment which will probably be another couple of weeks out. So now I get to deal with poor health for another couple of weeks because they refuse to do their jobs of making sure I was checked in on time. Overall a really horrible experience and they should hire people who are capable doing their jobs like checking people in and providing care I will never go here again and I don't suggest that anyone with an actual problem does.

I'm a full time student with very low income and needed to get bc pills. I have insurance but didn't want my parents to find out so the lady at the desk set me up with a program where they'll pay for my pills and any other family planning related things. The desk ladies were very helpful and the lady who gave me my pills was very positive and encouraging! Yes, I did have to wait 30 min but its PP and I was very impressed with how smoothly my visit went

Yes
There is a state funded program if you qualify.
No they do not.
I believe they're open to taking anybody even if they didn't have insurance but to answer your question YES they take Anthem Blue Cross. That's what I have and used last week
