Ordered here today at 1pm. Didn't like how rude the dude from the drivethru was. I politely asked for hot sauce and this guy glared at me like I somehow offended him for asking.

This KFC is “off da Richter Scale” in terms of customer care, cleanliness throughout the store and superior freshness, taste, temperature and quality of KFC cuisine! The manager on duty was Carlos who was outstanding leading his very well-trained team. Excellent Experience!

When another customer pulled up to place their order in the drive-thru, no one inside answered. They then drove off. When I pulled up, I called out a few times and decided to pull up to uh e last window and only then did someone answer. They sounded annoyed when I said no one had responded. Bad attitudes…

The building is always cold no matter what season so best bring a light sweatshirt. The food is actually pretty good compared to other KFCs I've gone to, but what makes me give this a 3 star is the staffing. There is 1 really nice guy that I like talking to, but everyone else is just not as accommodating. The dining area is kept relatively clean, but the restrooms never seem to be well stocked. If you're taking it to go then this is the place to be.
