I guess reviews here fall on deaf ears to management and owners but I'll leave one for all you guys. Avoid this place. The establishment is not clean, restrooms are a joke. Tables and chairs are all dirty. Customer service is absurd. Nobody cared when asked a question and the tv menus weren't even working. The food. Sandwiches were slapped together carelessly and fries were lukewarm. Obviously the employees don't care, and again management probably only cares about cash flow and being located in a hot spot in Annandale, they don't care. Find a different place for

Worst McDonalds in existence. Their shake machine hasnt worked since 1998. Rude employees, awful food, abysmal service. They let you sit in line after placing an order just to tell you at the window they dont have what you want. The employees should be ashamed. 0 stars should be a valid rating. Will never return. Wendys next door NEVER has a problem with frostees.

Ordered a Big Mac and this is what I got?!?!! Horrible service and it’s always a long line because it’s on a busy street. But otherwise drive to other location.

First time here. Came because they told me I could dine inside restaurant after calling them first. Asked at cashier to prepare everything fresh at that moment, did not want heated food that has been in stock. Nuggets were ok. Though i had them.better in other McDonalds. The quarter pounder full of pickels and onions. Complained to the on duty manager the patty was thin as a regular burger. Never had a quarter pounder like that before. Also there was a blatant fly around where I sat. They should have fly zappers inside restaurant. Not pleasant experience.
