My husband and I went in to look around last weekend. I had a great experience dealing with Robert Burgo. Robert was patient with us and a great listener. He took the time to understand what we were looking to accomplish. Robert helped us find the right unit to suit our needs. When our home sale closes we are buying from Robert at Camping World of Uxbridge.

Debbie is solid gold! She wanted us to find the perfect camper and literally walked through mud to connect batteries and open slides. She has an excellent attitude and demeanor and not once did we feel pressured to buy anything that day. She was also very knowledgeable about campers in general and how everything works. I hope she was able to salvage her shoes after our visit! Thank you Debbie so very much.

I have to say, my complaint here is solely based off of one finance individual. On Father’s Day this year my husband and I visited camping world in Uxbridge. We dealt with salesman Stanley (who was hands down a GREAT salesman) and he worked diligently with us to look for something that fit our needs. We found a travel trailer and went into the office filled out the application. We were honest in saying our credit is a work in progress (both of us having previously gone through divorce) however it’s far better than previously. We filled out the app and everything was handed over to ROY! Here is where my complaint lies. We were told our credit was run, and even with $10K down payment they still couldn’t get us approved. (This coming from ROY. Our salesman Stanley was very disheartened). My husband pays for credit monitoring, our credit was NEVER run. My husband decided to reach out to a different camping world. Within 2 days we were approved for our new travel trailer at Camping World Myrtle Beach! The salesman in Myrtle beach informed us that there was NO record of our application and our credit had never been previously run by the camping world of Uxbridge. That weekend was the open house/ grand opening in Uxbridge so my husband and I decided to go take a ride. We seen Stanley and told him we purchased a camper down south and would be traveling the 16 hours down to go get it! He was Heartbroken! We then seen infamous ROY, my husband went and told him we purchased a trailer and the only three words he said to my husband before Rudley walking away was “good for you”. No, good for camping world for having Roy there to discriminate for no good reason and loose business and potential sales. Roy will cost that location big losses! I am happy to say Stanley was great, as is the store staff and service Dept. I did reach out to corporate with no response. We are more than satisfied with our new trailer from Myrtle Beach camping world!
