I made an appointment online for 6:30 on a Thursday looking at the hours. I've been needed a hair cut and this was really my only free time. When I got there though the shop was closed. I get they are probably understaffed, but they should update the hours, I would have liked to save the time and gas.

I was getting my hair washed and she just started to talk and have a conversation with me unlike other places when I had to start the conversation. She was very apologetic when she had to answer the phone or getting clean towels while I was waiting. She overall the sweetest women I’ve met. She also did an amazing job on my hair. Very clean cut and gentle.
