It was ok.. The house has plenty of space and the property is nice, but probably could be a little cleaner. The water cooler was disgusting, don't drink from it! The kitchen is pretty awful for a house this size. There's plenty of room outside as long as you don't mind a random person wandering around here and there. For what it cost we really expected it to be more private and for it to be more kid friendly.

We held my daughters wedding here last month. It was beautiful! We also rented the Lodge with the Venue. It was the BEST idea. We did not have to travel and go back and forth for set up, wedding and take down. Both the Venue & Lodge are beautiful. Any questions or issues we had were taken care of. We looked at several venues before choosing this one , & my daughter fell in love. Thank you to Angie and the crew out there (including cleaning crew) for making the Wedding and weekend so special!

This venue an absolute dream! The lodges are exquisitely decorated, the grounds are beautifully kept, gorgeous lake as your backdrop with a warm Texas breeze that makes you feel right at home! What makes this venue truly amazing are the event coordinators. They are so communicative, helpful, handle every little detail and will bend over backwards to make your event everything you have dreamed of and more!

The handicapped room we used needs the bathroom updated, the shower stall seat was torn and the sink to high and small. A small dresser or stand for suitcase and place to hang clothes would also help in the bed room. But the rest of the place was Awesome! We had a great time with Family at Our Son's wedding.
