Purchased our used 2013 Volt here the other day. Our salesman Nick and everyone else at the dealer were all SUPER nice and really helped us out. We were in desperate need for a car after my fiancé's primary vehicle was in an accident with no rental coverage and months to go to fix due to parts issues. The Volt had a small minor issue they were fixing before we picked up but they were absolutely generous and did us a absolute favor and let us borrow a loaner car until the Volt was ready which was absolutely above and beyond and beyond amazing. The people here at Dowling Ford helped communicate with our insurance company and got our parts to get us on the road back home. Tom is an outstanding member of Dowling Ford service. We have been clients for , four years now. He is knowledgeable and a excellent problem solver. He has outstanding attention to customer service. I haven been a Ford customer for 20 years and this is my third expedition. I have used service centers in Tampa and the Dc area and both areas we had an excellent relationship like we do here. My husband and I are very happy at Dowling Ford. When his crew makes a mistake he owns it and makes the situation right. Those minor mistakes do not bother us because it’s always made right.
