Would give negative stars if I could. I had an issue with my window and they tried blaming me for breaking it when I didn’t and fell out of its windowsill it took them about two months to get it fixed. I’ve had bees in my apartment since October 5 the maintenance guy came out and was like oh there’s a beehive inside the siding. I already told him that before they came and told him that they need an exterminator. They never sent out an exterminator in March my request off as completed. Every time I call their maintenance hotline the person only has the same information that I get when I see my maintenance requests on the app. I wish I could afford to go somewhere else. There are other incidents as to why I don’t wanna live here or be part of the four points property management group but unfortunately there are many options right now… Don’t know how there are so many great reviews…

I've been working with Four Points Property management for about 5 years across dozens of rental properties. They do a great job for my tenants and just keep improving. I can't recommend them enough.

I have been without power in most of my apartment it is registering 100 degrees in here my kids were getting sick (dizzy and throwing up) because of the heat so we decided to go to a hotel for the night. I called four points to find out if they went to my apartment to fix this problem and I was told that both the property manager and the on call technician never answered. I brought up contacting a lawyer and 6 minute's later I was told the property manager contacted a vendor to come to my apartment and they will call when on there way because I have to be there so I asked for a time frame since I'm still at the hotel and I was told that the vendor wasn't open yet so they don't have a time frame. I asked to speak with the property manager and her supervisor and was denied for both. CANT WAIT TO GET OUT

We had to move out unexpectedly after only a few days of living at one of their properties and they were extremely accommodating, understanding, and attentive to our needs. We worked with Carolina and Shane during this process and can’t thank them enough for their prompt and respectful responses. They did an excellent job with “damage control” for us and helped us get on our way.
