Not only did they forget our appetizer, but this is how my margarita chicken looked when it arrived. I’ve been ordering the margarita chicken for over a decade and I have never once seen it served in chunks, absolutely drowned in soggy tortilla strips. Do not recommend.

Worst service I have ever had, waitress slammed the drinks and the plates on the table like if we did something wrong to her. We had to asked for napkins and she never came back to the table to see if we need more drinks. And then at the end, in our ticket she added something that we never ordered. And she knew it was there, because when I told her about it, she didn't even look at the screen and said " oh yeah is from another table ". Very bad experience. People check your order(ticket) when you go to this restaurant. I can't imagine how many times she has done this to others. I don't know her name but she is the young white girl with nose piercing. I don't recommend this place and I won't be visiting again.

One of my first serving jobs was at Chili's. Circa 1995. Always will have a place in my heart ❤️ The food is comforting and the drinks are fun! Can't get enough of the southwest chicken eggrolls and the presidente marg! Got a berry margarita of the month last time! On the sweet side...but that's what I was going for! The bartender was friendly and efficient!

I stopped into this location after shopping on a holiday. It's not in a part of town I normally shop, so this location is new to me. I sat at the bar and was addressed quickly by the solo bartender.  She answered my questions about a couple of drinks, helping me make a decision.  My appetizer arrived quickly, along with my side order.  My food was fresh and hot. It was easy getting the bartender's attention to check out. In all, good experience, solid Chili's.
