Strong word of advice, don't buy a car unless you get it checked out by your mechanic first, also, they need to work on phone skills, when I call and ask a simple question I shouldn't get the feeling that I am bothering them.

I am editing my review from 3 years ago. I have had my 2010 Kia Forte SX sedan that I purchased from J’s in Derry since my initial visit a few summers ago. Saw the car online and knew I had to have it, as a corsa blue manual trans in the SX package is hard to find now in clean shape. Price as advertised was the price we paid, no more no less. Car was in nice condish. They were pretty straightforward with me about the car, told me they knew little to nothing about it and that they wouldn’t allow as-is vehicles to be test driven off the lot. I drove the car around their parking lot for a few minutes, no one came out to bother me. It was a relaxed experience and a quick, easy, painless sale. I had to leave the car there after buying it for a week as I live far away and had to arrange pickup time.Very understanding guys and they didn’t hassle me about that either.I have done 2 engine swaps in the time I’ve had the car, which is a whole ‘nother story in itself but I do not blame the guys at J’s, more so an issue with Kia’s engines in general…This dealership did just right by me, and overall I’ve been highly satisfied. Attached are a couple pics of the car as it is now. Besides the engines, I’ve just done trouble-free maintenance, many mods, and have put on around 12k miles since purchase (it’s a summer car). It looks much different now than when I bought it. I want to emphasize that you should NOT buy a car from J’s if as-is deals scare you, yet If you’re looking for a good deal and do your own work, they may just be one of the better choices. They are used cars and something IS going to go wrong. Thanks again J’s.

I have had the worst experience in my life and I regret walking into this fake dealership. I was trying to buy a car from them,I didn't have enough money on my credit card, $2000 went thru and was charged on my credit card,my wife got sick I called them back to council the transaction, they chose to hold the amount I had paid as down payment, they refused to give me a refund. They forged paperwork that down payment is non refundable. But on this earth who can make a $2000 non refundable deposit in thier wright sense of mind.upto now they held my 2grand and also sold the car that they were selling to me.this is more than theft,insensitive, desparacy and lack of professional dealership ethics. Please stay away from this dealership. They are many dealerships around new Hampshire that are credible.

Great experience. No pressure at all!! Got a great looking car for a great price! Car was solid, Passed inspection with flying colors and only brake pads needed to be replace. Dan was a good guy, very straight forward and easy to talk too. He gave me a good deal. Would highly recommend.
