Under new management and ownership. Been going there for years so I'm very aware of the location. Today was new staff training day and of course there's issues. Not good when you are hungry. The vibe was different. The new owner properly took ownership of the issues, calmly resolved them and trained up the new people. Compensated my order. I'm a happy and satisfied customer.

The location use to be one of the best ones but now it’s just horrible I went in today for some spicy chicken.first off it took 5 min before they even took my order then when she finally did they didn’t have any spicy chicken breast which they haven’t had in months so I was like fine give me the spicy dark meat I say how long it’s been sitting up she say I can’t even give a number I said that means it been too long she say I wouldn’t say it’s been hours or nothing like that maybe like 30 plus mins I said that’s ok mamm and left

My wife and I had the best customer experience we've had in years. Typically fast food chains have a history of poor service, but the employees here outdid themselves. We live on the other side of town and I would rather give my business to them on any given day. Keep up the great work.
