I go there weekly sometimes twice a week. The adjustments are great it feels so good when they “crack” my neck and back. I did encounter a problem this past Friday as Dr. Jane wasn’t in so I got another chiropractor. Well, he got everything but one side of my neck and it wouldn’t move when he tried so I asked him if he would please try to adjust my neck because I will end up in pain he refused to and told me to go home and put ice or heat or something. I was furious first I am the client and if I want you to try again to move my neck and crack it you don’t tell me no and leave me in pain all weekend. Mind you I have been a patient there for over 2 years now and I pay every month 69.00. I couldn’t find how to get a hold of the owner of that specific establishment in Salem, NH so I could tell them how rude and crass this young guy was to me. I don’t remember his name but I am seriously thinking of going to a different chiropractor now because of this issue and cancelling my membership.

I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic in Salem, NH. Dr. Salem and Dr. Smith are nothing short of amazing, not only with their abilities as Chiropractors, but also with how they handle each client. The only regret that I have is that I shouldn't have waited as long as I did before I started going there. A+ in my book!

The chiropractors at Joint Chiropractic are amazing. With each visit, they take the time to ask me how my neck is feeling, they give me advise on how to continue the care at home, and the adjustments are helping ease the pain I was feeling. It's also very affordable, so that's a plus! Highly recommend!

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
