This was the worst, most bizarre restaurant experience I've ever had. Upon first impression, the restaurant looked dirty. A rubber floor mat was rolled up on top of the seat cushion out front, a preliminary indicator about the low standard of cleanliness. Most of the neon signs were off in the dining area, making for an almost gloomy atmosphere. After waiting to be seated, we (party of 2) were met with dirty, sticky menus and a wide-eyed waitress who could not be trusted to even deliver the correct drink. I asked for a screwdriver, which was on their printed drink list. Simple enough, right? Wrong, apparently. Very, very wrong. Every time I very clearly repeated "screwdriver," she'd feverishly nod her head with a grin and say, "Strawberry margarita? Yes!" "No. Screwdriver." I pointed to the word on the printed sheet. "Daiquiri?" "No. S c r e w d r i v e r." "Margarita?" "Screwdriver. It's orange juice and vodka." She then nodded and gestured toward the back, implying she'd check or something. We wait for a while, the chips and waters arrive. She flies by our table at one point saying something along the lines of, "Your margarita is almost ready!" We stop her and say, "No, it's NOT a margarita." She nods again, wide eyed, with a deranged grin. Several more minutes pass by and a different waitress arrives with - you guessed it, a margarita. Nope, that was it for us. If the waitress couldn't even parrot back the same drink I named a dozen times, there was no way to trust her with a food order. We left hungry and irritated by the bizarre experience, and won't be back. There's a much better, cleaner, authentic Mexican place just down the service road that's excellent - go there instead.

Decent. Clean. Plenty of parking. Prices are fair. Food is fresh and warm. Margaritas are good. Cold beer. Friendly service.

I took my teenage daughter out for lunch one day and decided to come to this place. We had always seen several cars outside so assumed it was pretty good. Once we were seated I over heard a couple sitting at the other end of the restaurant saying their food was delicious and it was the best place in town. I told my daughter okay seems like food is great, the salsa and chips were pretty good, I ordered the guiso plate, my daughter flauta plate. Needless to say more, we couldn't eat our food at all! The food was not good at all! We pretty much left our entire meals and left. Service was great, paid, left a tip and walked out.

Chicken enchilada with your cream was good, the tostada only came with guacamole on top, chicken taco was pretty good. Service was quick at 1.30 pm. Kids hamburger was large but did not come with anything on it. When I asked for a side of pickles, they charges 25 cents. It was a little ridiculous to be charged for a typical hamburger side, especially if the burger has only meat and a bun.
