It's the morning of March31st 2022 Not only have we never been to this location before But we don't even really order fast food in my office but every once in a while We order it. So we ordered the same menu item My co-worker and I. We ordered the croissant sandwich meal with hash browns Large Iced coffee but we were quickly told they don't sell large only medium so we said let's get that. So why would she Give us the ice coffee small Child size But still charge for the medium despite the drink being medium we asked for large and ok with a medium not small. When we called to speak to a manager the phone is never answered poor customer service and the female that works the register and drive through needs to find a new job in a warehouse because her people skills are horrible. You are starting someone's day ma'am and just because you are having a bad day or life whatever do not project that into people you don't know first impressions are everything. Need less to say thank goodness we don't eat fast food daily because I could only imagine the frustration and this was once in more than 8 months I'm offended and disappointed I've attached pics.

I really appreciate it who ever is running this location I know this is hot area I see customer's are so rude and disrespectful with employees we like always expected our order giving to us quickly but I understand y'all short handle so I just want leave this comment. Thank you for being open and thanks for trying to make happy customers

Run Away As Fast As You Can. I bought two Whoppers at 12:59pm today. It's now 5:42pm and my stomach isn't feeling well. I only ended up eating one and a half of the burgers because one of them was clearly raw in the middle. How does that even happen at Burger King? Now I wish I would have said something to the manager before I threw away the raw burger and left. Also, look at my receipt. I tried to do the BK survey, but the survey code is missing a digit after 5041...coincidence that the entire column on the receipt doesn't print out right?
