Nice and clean. Well organized flow for checkout and customer service. They may add a Sephora soon. Some stires started rolling out Sephora's last month, but there is availability. This Kohl's may be waiting to do a full opening vs a soft launch.

Went shopping on Memorial Day weekend. The selection in the women's department has really changed. They used to have a lot of cute things but not so much now. On the positive side, I did find a purse at a great price.

Placed an online order through Kohls and they've separated two orders into 4+ deliveries that are already delayed. Pretty annoying that they separate your orders into multiple parts that arrive on several different days. Bad for the environment, hard to track, and not efficient at all.

It was empty inside, which I loved. I think there were 3 other people in the store. The woman who helped us was polite and friendly. They matched the online sale price for me as well. Great!
