I've only done carryout but every time was pretty good customer service looks like a bunch of young kids working there every time I go but better customer service than some restaurants I've been to lol Fast courteous and polite :)

Got someone else's order, couldn't even call to complain. No one answers the phone. I called for 20min over and over. Finally I called a different store in Richardson, told him I couldn't get the store that made my order to answer, he goes 4u must be talking about the Arapaho store, ya for some reason they don't answer their phone. He said I could call 1800 dominos and they'd walk me through a resolution, all I got was a recorded message to go to dominos.com and email a complaint. I never got my order or even an email saying my next order was free or a refund or anything. Beyond disappointed. Bc I usually love dominos:(

Amazing, I ordered three days in a row. All of them were perfect. Cheaper and better tasting than Papa Johns. Will stick with Dominos for a while. Only strange thing is : this store carries neither chilli flakes nor cheese packets. It's like a post office that doesn't carry envelopes.
