Sites are big, easily accessible and lots of shade. Roads are very dusty. Pond is good in theory, but not good for lounging on the beach. Visited during the week and there was no organized activity.

This is an amazing campground. We had such a great time here out in the water or by the campfire. Lots of events for kids, everybody was friendly and helpful. We watched a live band, and made some new friends. You want to have some good family fun you need to take your family here.

Place was pretty cool, although checking in could’ve been smoother. Beach was nice, but at a sharp angle that made chairs impossible. Little ones didn’t mind it though. Liked that they had last minute availability so we could squeeze in a trip on Memorial Day weekend. Would return.

Received an email saying “Unfortunately our pet policy does not allow for Rottweiler breeds or mixes of this breed. It is purley a insurance liability issue and beyond our control as we love to have pets at our campground.” The discrimination is real. Our poor dog is the sweetest thing. Their loss, just spreading the word.

If you pay for a site, 1) Yes you can swim at the beach if you'd paid for a camp site, 2) Yes you do need a fishing license to fish.

I would call. sometimes they are running specials. Plus it depends on if its includes a weekend or holiday.
Don't think they do tents for the entire year. Couple of weeks at a time. I'm sure you can inquire on facebook or call the office.
