I had a chip in my Ken Onion Shun chefs knife and it was in real need of sharpening (it's going on 10 years old). I wanted to find a place that really specialized in sharpening knives and not some chain that did it as a sideline. It was a very expensive knife and my favorite and I wanted the job done right. Matt did an absolutely superb job! The knife is rasor sharp. and has a perfect bezel! He was always very responsive to my emails, very kind and knew exactly what he was doing.
