Ordered food at 5:36PM on 7/4/2022. (Order # 969632060) Delivered the wrong order at 6:28PM. I did not take delivery of the order as it was not my food. I then called this Papa Johns and the woman on the phone who claimed she was the manager said she would send me a new order and I would get a new tracking # link sent to my email. They didn't send a tracking link. I called, was put on hold for 15 minutes. Called, was put on hold a few minutes and a man answered stating he was the manager. He then said my order was "sitting right here" and that he would have to refund me. What a total circus. Avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible service! Guy has shirt off no face masks, pizza dough left out bugs flying it’s 2am no gloves rubbing hands on clothes then food then handing people orders talking spit flying everywhere TERRIBLE no order.

Siramad Backwards

I literally called because I accidentally ordered from them and they wouldn’t cancel but this guy claims he canceled my order. Plus they have a 30 cancel fee on UberEats. Never ordered here until now and I regret it.

Just waited 2 hours from the time I ordered, to get my pizza without the 2 liter I ordered. The first delivery wasn't my pizza. Then had to call the manager 3 times before finally getting my order. Best he could offer me was apologies. Terrible customer service and experience all around.
