Excellent location. We were on the 3rd floor and loved our balcony however you must know there is no elevator. You'll need to be in good health and fit to climb those stairs. Unfortunately even though the room was clean there were several maintenance issues. No bedroom door on one of the two bedrooms. Screen busted out of the livingroom slider, screen door in the bedroom didn't slide well, bathroom door knob loose, no batteries in the wall clock, 2 washcloths for 4 ppl, kitchen table leg needed tightening and the showerhead was cracked and leaking on the drywall. We fixed it best we could without tools. We didn't mind the music on Monday and Tuesday nights but if you're an early to bed kind if person, don't stay here. All in all we really enjoyed our stay it was just the lack of maintenance that we didn't understand. When you pay so much, you expect better.

It's our 28th wedding anniversary and our server Grace was totally awesome very attentive and a pleasure to speak with. The food was outstanding love the bang bang shrimp most definitely the nicest meal we've had out in a long time. Thanks so much grace for making our wedding anniversary dinner a pleasant experience!!!

Great place to grab lunch or dinner! Best place I've eaten one the York Beach properties. Some of the best service I have ever had period.

All I can say is WOW !! My "Beach Bloody" Mary and Nicole 's Raspberry Margarita were incredible. Then to the main course, whole fried clams and Lobster Mac-n-Cheese !! The restaurant was alive playing Sirius XM's "The Joint" (Reggae) and everyone was enjoying themselves... We"ll be coming back here in the future !!
