I went to the store on Debby lane in Mansfield. I was told my pizza would take 25 to 30 minutes. At 45 minutes I asked about my pizza. I was told it would be out un a few minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and asked again. I was then told that it was just put in the oven. I spoke with the manager and she said she would check on it. She walked away to serve people who ordered at least 30 minutes after I came in. After another 15 minutes she said that they were browning the bottom. I asked how much longer. So once again I asked how much time. She said 3 minutes. Once again I waited and they brought my pizza out. The manager told me to hold on they hadn't given me my creamy Italian dressing and walked off again serving people who ordered after I had. I finally walked up to the counter and asked if they would just get my creamy Italian so I could leave. When I got home the pizza was not even warm and still doughy. They made no effort to make it right.

We will not be back. My parents and I both bought pizza yesterday and both had the text deal. I was charged correctly and they were overcharged almost $20 bucks. They did not give me the receipt nor was I asked if i wanted it for My parents order when I went to pick both of them up. My mom called today to see about making it right since they were charged the same price for 2 pizzas as I was charged for 3. The manager I believe named Jeff? He basically said without a receipt nothing can be done. Well a receipt would have been great if they would have given it to me. Pizza is amazing, but that is not the right way to handle this situation in my opinion.

Our order had not been placed in the oven when we arrived. I ordered 30 minutes in advance. I wouldn't have complained, as the pizza tasted good, but the staff's blase attitude towards us annoyed me. So good pizza but they don't care if they screw up and happily take your money before informing you about their error. Next time, I'll go elsewhere.

Waited 40 min for a medium pizza. There were only three people in the restaurant. Also, the pizza crust was soggy and didn’t taste very good at all. They charge .59 cents for each ranch. Will never be back.

Although most people had masks on even while they were waiting. A group of teenagers walked in like they owned the place. No masks in sight nor were they asked or told they needed to mask up while they were waiting. But other than that, the responsible adults and customers had masks on. It was appreciated.
