Great service. Jeffrey told me exactly what I needed and made sure I knew what services were needed because of miles on my F150. They found the problem with my brakes and luckily they had the parts in stock to get it fixed that day. My truck runs smooth now like a brand new truck. No complaints service was excellent. I would definitely bring my truck back for services in the future.

The response from Auto Nation was timely. The online information intake was easy to navigate. I received an email from Sales quickly confirming receipt of my inquiry. I received an offer for my vehicle sooner than expected. After accepting the online offer, the experience was very professional from the moment I arrived to receiving a check for my vehicle. I don't see any way this is possible! If I understand you correctly, you went into a car dealership to purchase a car for cash, and they wouldn't show you a car??? At best, we are clearly missing information, but at worst, we are being given incorrect information.

A lot. Oil change and tire rotation is almost 80 bucks. They do honor coupons, so if you want to get the works oil change discount from Ford's website, do that before you head over there because they will not help you with this. My recommendation is to slide around 820 and go to McDavid, that automatically discounts the price and doesn't give you any grief.
