i pre ordered due to my short lunch time, i got there and was told they dont have my order, then they take other customers before me, then takes another 10 minutes and said i dont see your order you can cancel and re order after run around im told by a manager oh the order is over here .. no sorry nor compensation for a p/o customer. just have a nice day ( eye Roll) i walk out

I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. I was so tired from work that I didn't realize they forgot my frosty and lemonade. I couldn't go back that night and when I called the employee said she would write down my name and I could get them the next time I ordered. The next morning I was feeling lazy so I ordered from there on doordash. I called explained the situation and asked if they could send the lemonade and frosty with my doordash order and they did.

All the workers were very patient with our 10 mobile orders. And then they gave my toddler a free frosty. Food was as expected
