I have been loyal to this location for years and have usually had exceptional pizzas, but that changed today. I'm not sure what happened this last time, but the pizza I was given was watery and unappetizing. The BBQ sauce wasn't sauce, but was liquidy with the consistency of water and there were black flakes all over the top of my pizza, which means they seriously need to clean their oven. The crust also had an unpleasant burnt taste, which was the boldest flavor on this bland, messy pizza. This was probably my last time visiting. Edit: I've seen some reviews mentioning new management, which could explain why things went so wrong tonight. The ingredients on the pizza did not seem fresh at all and my pineapple was chewy. Perhaps quality is being sacrificed in favor of profit. Edit #2: Noticed a lot of fake 5-star reviews lately. Think it's safe to say this place is no longer worth visiting. Oh well. It was good while it lasted, Blaze. Do better!

Have been going to blaze across the country for years! One of my favorites. This Arlington location was no exceptions till management changed. All employees look lost, the time it takes to make a pizza is painstakingly long, and the manager is going around bossing the employees around in front of the customers. 3 of the employees expressed their frustration with the changes since their new manager started last week. It's not that hard to make a pizza, management needs to figure out how to give their team efficient direction, and keep the blaze culture/process standard to the other locations. As I'm writing this review, the manager had an altercation with a customer about an online order that was 25 min behind the pick up time, and the manager told the customer "don't come back if you don't want to wait" wow nice job blaze recruiting! ✅ Always great eating burned pizza

Not sure what is going on with this location of Blaze Pizza. We have ordered from them a lot over the past several years but the last two nights we received awful quality pizzas. The first night, my son's pepperoni and pineapple pizza had very little cheese (although we requested cheese) and there was oregano dumped in piles on the pizza. He would not eat it. The next night, we tried again and this time he ordered just a pepperoni pizza. Again, there was very little cheese (even though cheese was ordered) and it was burnt in spots (maybe b/c of the lack of cheese?). See photos - I have the receipts!!! So disappointing, especially since we have always been so pleased in the past.
