I was reluctant to order from this place because of all the bad reviews particularly 4-6 months ago, but I had a good experience. NOW I'LL CLARIFY, I didn't get delivery and I called in the order to make sure I could contact physical people and have no issues with online ordering. I was also here on a Sunday night, not a busy weekend. My order was simple and ready in 10 mins. I picked it up and the store seemed clean enough. The lady who took my payment actually recognized me from a few brief encounters several years ago with a friend who was a regular; when I told her the name, she beamed and asked me where my friend was, saying she hadn't seen him in a long while and I told her that we were roommates and had moved; I was only in the neighborhood to get this pizza. The pizza itself was correct, sliced, very hot, with no burnt edges or terrible bubbles. As I walked out, someone working behind the counter thanked me and offered a good night. The only thing I'll say is that the price was astounding to me; but I hadn't ordered pizza in a long time so that might be inflation. Still, $21 for a med pizza and a 2-liter seemed like a lot. Also the phone ordering was a bit slow and steady but not dramatically slow.

Coming from someone that worked at two pizza places and delivered at both, this place sucks. Toppings are not accurate, they always forget something. Sometimes the pizza is well done like they had it sitting at the end spinning. If it’s a topping, drink, sauce, they forget it. Even if I write it on the driver tip that is literally printed on the receipt. Pizza is never hot when I get it, it’s obvious it’s been sitting in the heating area for so long. It’s room temperature when I get it delivered. Super annoyed knowing I spend money on stuff that I never get. Have your drivers double check their order please and teach the makers portions. The price is too much for having it being messed up several times.

What happened to my chicken? I didn't check my chicken before I left. And I should've. Burnt cheese all around the peices. Too much cheese on top,no sauce underneath the cheese and bacon was no where, including on my pizza which I added. I appreciate the positive attitude but why not just remake the chicken? I order here all the time delivery and pickup. This is my go to Domino's y'all. Im so close to rewards. But I don't think I want to use them here.

Does this pizza look good no it’s raw and it was stone cold we ordered at approximately 620 at 6:31 Richards started prepping my pizza at 7:20 they were doing quality check at 8:05 my pizza was delivered Cold driver left it on the doorstep after explicit directions were to let us know. We could not eat it we go to bed early because I have to get up very early to go to work. Therefore I did not to get to eat supper tonight because of Dominos incompetence! cost $23 for a pizza that was unbelievably poorest of quality! I’m so angry right now! If anyone orders from them I hope you have a good insurance because you’re probably end up with ptomaine poisoning save your money don’t buy from this one on Boulevard 26 in North Richland Hills Don’t ask me to email anyone to address the issue refund my money if you want to address it! Why was it cold you are two minutes from my house
