I saw an unrecognized transaction from them. I called them, the hotel rep told me it is an internet fee. Well, I was told that the internet is free at the check-in. My Expedia booking also shows that the internet is free as well. When I mentioned this issue to the hotel rep, she refused to refund this hidden fee, and when I told the hotel rep over the phone that I am going to post a low star review about this, she seemed careless and she said yes go ahead and post a bad review on us!!!

Positive: Attentive and courteous staff. The room and entire facility were very clean and the decor is much nicer than most hotels. Comfortable bed, beautiful modern walk-in shower, and a cafe right in the lobby. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommend.
