We had two new air conditioning units put in a few years ago. We started having issues with the upstairs unit shutting off due to drainage issues. In order to fix this, since vinegar wasn't working, we had to vacuum it out. Not fun in the dark. We had several air conditioning companies come out and take a look at it just for a fix. We were told it was the design nothing they could do. The upstairs unit quit yet again..shocker..we called Pleasant Air and they came out right away. The best part is we had Stephen he fixed our drainage issue he knew exactly what to do and cleaned it all up for us. They exceeded our expectations and we immediately signed up for their maintenance plan.. no more vacuuming for me! Woo hoo thank you

Prositive - they answered the call promptly and sent out a service tech the next morning on a Saturday. Both individuals were very nice and professional. Negative - they charged $292 for a $20 capacitor and $179 for a $20 hard start relay which is a ridiculous markup! Total bill was $608 which included the after hours dispatch fee. I’m not complaining about the dispatch fee at all because it was a Saturday and I appreciate that they came out asap. But to charge so much for simply swapping out a battery is not cool. Just my two cents. I wrote this because when we read their reviews, there was a few reviewers that mentioned fair pricing. There was nothing fair about the pricing. Will never refer or use again.

I can say the name they chose they have lived up to. From the moment I spoke with Deb she was super "pleasant" and always took the time to respond to all of my questions. So today, Tipton was my service advisor. I cannot say enough kind words about him, he was very good at what he does and so important to me... he LISTENED. It wasn't about selling me a unit but about finding out what was happening and my next best move. I felt comfortable about making this decision and was given many different options. Also want to thank Tim for taking the time to talk to me about the finance options and getting me on the schedule so quick. Thanks to your team for your help and keeping me cool!! Will be writing another review when the install comes :) Part 2 Well, after my "service call" it was determined that my ac would have cost an excessive amount to repair and I rather put that towards a new unit.. so we scheduled for a new ac. They came out and we also found out that my duct work was broken in the attic and also needed to be replaced as it was nearly 50 years old. Rob and Nick were the ones doing the job, super great guys, cleaned up after the job and made sure they were here the next day to finish up. Tim came out to make sure everything was doing well. This is a great honest company and they get back to you when they promise. I would rather pay a little more and know that a company is going to deliver their promise. I reached out to another company and I am still waiting for my quote (nearly 6 weeks ago). So I would say YES go with this company... no need to look any further.

Pleasant Air is AMAZING AC company. They Absolutely go above and beyond to take care of their customers and I cannot say enough good things. They installed an AC UNIT and handler 8 months ago. The unit stopped working and we couldn’t figure out why. The owner of the company called me to figure it out - then sent his team of professionals to identify the problem. They fixed it and were great to work with. I will be switching my service/maintenance plan to Pleasant Air from this point forward. Highly recommend.
