I appreciate how down to earth this church is. Real people, trying to do justice, love mercy and walk humbly.I have experienced so much kindness and love from this community. When our family has been in need, this community has gathered together to support us in pretty radical ways, from housing needs, to food provision, to friendship this community has shown up for us and welcomed us into their family. Grateful they're here.

I had a bad experience with this Vineyard Church. I have an issue with the Pastor Rick Kuhr in particular. I contacted him last Thursday because he is the pastor at a friend's church and my sublet that I had lined up fell through. He was so unresponsive and rude and didn't even bother following-up with me or didn't seem to even care about my situation even though it was subzero temperature outside and I was in need at that time. He is a hypocrite and only cares about proselytizing you and if you want your real, concrete needs met through this church, don't go there! He will just ignore you - it is such a turn-off!

We had a beautiful Easter experience! The congregation was very open and made us feel very welcome. This church truly embodies the teachings of Jesus, not only talking the talk, but walking the walk.It was great to have you at the Near West Vineyard Church and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

My apologies, with the busy-ness of Mother's Day, we just got to this now. Unless otherwise noted, we have our gatherings every Sunday afternoon. We hope to see you next Sunday. peace and joy, Rick Kuhr (Pastor of the Near West Vineyard Church)
