They need to do better when it comes to produce a lot of it looks bad, the hot premade food is always empty it seems, the premade sandwiches also seem to always be bad. Lotto machine breaks down a lot. Just annoying things that could be fixed.

My mother shopped here today. She was being harrassed by a customer in the checkout line and was also singled out by this individual for her religion/ethnicity. She did not respond to the harrassment and felt very unsafe since this man was still in the store. After going to customer service for help, she was told that there is nothing they can do and was offered no consolation or advice. Even if this is their policy, this interaction with Stop and Shop management has led her to not want to shop there again.

Over the years I have lost faith with people in some Medical fields. But I have come to find that the Dr. and her staff at the Stop & Shop pharmacy are more professional than some of the "older and larger medical hospitals & clerics" I have gone to for care.
