I had an used tire from another shop that charged me $50 for tire, install and disposal and I drove off with a lot of vibration (balancing not done). J-Rs charged me the same BUT with balancing included and they had me out in under 20 minutes. I’ll be going back for any tire needs for sure.

These guys are awesome!!! Car stuff can be intimidating to me because I have very limited knowledge. But they are always so helpful and make me feel at ease. They squeezed me in at the last minute when I needed a hole in my tire plugged. They also replaced my valve stem. They did it quickly and at a price I can afford. I’m very grateful for them.

Ive done business here twice. The first time they put the wrong size tire on my van and refused to change it this second time they gave me a bad tire.. this is 3 days after we got it and this vehicle only goes one mile to work and back home and no potholes have been hit. They are ripping people off
