Usually pretty solid. Food is decent. Price is typical for this type of place. Went in on day where they were short staffed. Staff was nice and did their best.

The wings here are usually good but the last time we ordered I got the Lime Pepper dry rub and the wings were SO salty they were inedible. I was appalled buy how nasty they were. You can actually see how coated with salt they were. 🤮Wings Etc hasn't replied to my concerns for over a week now or offeree to correct the issue. I was out 40 bucks on these wings!! Bad business. Won't go here again.

Arrived we were told there would be a 30 minute wait. No problem until it was a hour later before we were seated. We ordered an appetizer and a total of 20 wings. People seated after us and ordered after us received their food before we got ours. When our food finally came out. No appetizer and only 10 wings with the correct sauces. The waitress responded that was her “bad” and she could have them remade to go. This was our first and last experience at this restaurant. An apology would have been nice after wasting 1.5 hours of our time. So you can see the company asked me to email them about the situation. I did a week ago and still haven’t received a response back. Apparently they just put up that reply to make it look like they were concerned about the horrible service we received, but do not care to communicate with us about it.

It's gone downhill in cleanliness and quality of food in the last year or so. The servers can be extremely forgetful if you're not sitting at the bar, and even though the wings are good, they could do better with most of their sauces. The dry rub is a real hit and miss because more often then not they're swimming in a buttery grease pool.
