Avoid this place if you value your time and health. I scheduled a covid test online and showed up for my appointment. Low and behold, the drive-thru testing is closed. I called the store (to avoid going inside), but the only assistance the worker could give me was to reiterate that no testing can be done because the pharmacy is closed. Ended up calling the Walgreens Kessler and they were able to pull up my info and accommodate. Looking at past reviews, it seems like this happens fairly often. Why not take your store offline and keep the system from accepting appointments?

I scheduled a Covid test and received confirmation email. I went to test. Drive-thru is closed and has been for sometime. No one bothered to tell me that I would not be tested here. An entire day lost because Walgreens and the staff at this location couldn't be bothered. It is too late for me to be tested anywhere else. There is no fixing this.

Scheduled a COVID vaccine appointment at this location using the Walgreens website, received a confirmation, arrived on time only to be told they don't do vaccines at that location. As a store, it's fine. Things are in stock. It's clean. Employees are kind.

It is a wonder why people do not pick up their prescriptions and end up getting worse in their conditions. The first time I came for my prescription there was only one person working the front and back. I had to leave because I was going to miss a meeting. I return the next day during business hours ( at 9:10AM) and the pharmacy is closed, despite the fact the sign says it should have been open. (See photo) No one is in sight and there isn’t an additional sign saying it is closed for the moment. Now I have to return a third time to get my medicine. After this I will not be using this location anymore.
