Preordered my game. Asked the person to apply my monthly credit. It didn't get applied, so I lost out on that. At the time of pre-ordering, I stressed to them that I wanted the game on disc. They promised it had a disc. I pick up my game today (collector's edition) and get told it's the digital only version. No apologies, just told. I will be trying a different location, next time.

Usually good, but the entire team apparently went “out to lunch” the day of a big launch (PL:A) in the middle of the afternoon and weren’t back by the time posted. Super annoying having to sit and waste gas

A year ago I gave this store only one star, but now after a number of recent visits I have had a change of heart. There has been a huge increase in the quality of service and overall vibe in the store. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and quick to help. What an improvement. I highly recommend this location now.
