I been shopping here for years great store. I noticed they moved alot of things around and the store. It's just a little hard to find it when your use too it being in another place. I'm happy 😊 😉

One of the young ladies in the deli section couldn't tell the difference between a breast or a thigh piece of chicken so when I asked for a thigh piece and saw that it wasn't, she told me it was. Sadly it was not a thigh. I didn't have time for the back and forth or to go back for someone to correct it. The check out line would of been speedy but the cashier didn't know why my coupon wouldn't scan. It took her plus 2 more associates to figure out why. They figured it out but it did take a minute. The cashier was just trying to be helpful. Overall I found everything I was looking for so it was okay.

Don't risk your time and money by requesting delivery from Osco. (no guarantees for receiving fresh items on your planned time or even day! no hope for refund!) Be careful with requesting delivery from Osco. Used it twice, first time it was 2h later than the delivery window. Last time, it was so delayed that I called the so-called costumers service and canceled the order. Oddly, the day after, I was charged extra money and was called by doordash delivery that they can't see my order's list. They were asking what I've ordered. I said it was canceled. I called the customer service to confirm that it's canceled. Yet, few hours later they said they have delivered my fresh items needing refrigerator to my empty house!!!! The labels showed the yesterday's date and delivery date showed next day's date. they forcefully delivered an order that it was so delayed that I requested a cancellation and refund, on an unexpected unplanned day and date! fresh items while no one is around to put them in the refrigerator!! and there is no sign of refund yet!! Don't risk requesting delivery from such an unorganized unsupervised system.

When it comes to Jewel-Osco, this is one of the best. The store is clean and usually well stocked. During a few of the snow storms, this is a place that will still have paper products available. During our last visit they had some freezers ripped out, so I assume they are upgrading that area. The lines to check out are better than other Jewel-Osco locations, but still worse than other brand grocery stores. I don't think Jewel is ever going to be the best at having enough cashiers, it doesn't seem to be part of their business model. The prices are fairly inexpensive and the shelves stay stocked pretty well. It is kind of a hidden gem because most people do not want to be in this area. We haven't had any issues with safety, but we also tend to not go to the store alone.

I don't know if they have a CoinStar. The store is small, and the employees are goofing off the couple of times I have been in there. They are not willing to help you find something either should you ask.
