Robert was amazing! He greeted me with a polite and friendly smile. He went about his work with the enthusiasm and passion that I have rarely seen these days. How refreshing! This young man took pride in his work and made me wish I had called this company years ago. I will recommend Stanley Steemer to friends and family. My only request is that Robert return to make my carpet clean and do so with a positive attitude. Well done Robert!

Aidan and Sergei were great! Quick, efficient, clean, friendly, and complete. Really appreciate that they took the time to explain what they were doing. We were here 9 years and the previous owner didn't do much with it either, so it was a pretty big job. Thanks guys!!

Hired company to clean carpets one day before new hardwood stairs were getting stained. Company knew this time table. They were hired for 4 rooms, cleaned 3.5, leaving out the one area we needed it most due to contractors making it dirty. We had asked multiple times to concentrate on this spot, but they opted not to clean it but charge us for it anyway. They also damaged a very expensive wardrobe that was less than a week old, damaged a post at the top of the stairs and a baseboard, along with putting a tiny hole in the wall. We called for them to come back out (knowing it had to be by 7:00 am the next day) and they refused. They also refused to refund the uncleaned room, so I spent the entire day trying to find a different company to come out and clean it. No luck on such short notice, so I spent hours trying to scrub and clean it myself. It also took 7 hours for a manager to return my phone call only to tell me that I was out of luck unless I wanted them to come back the following week (which they knew they couldn’t do due to the new stairs). This was the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Please do yourself a favor and hire another company. This was the worst experience ever. One star is too high.

Stanley Steemer helped me when my poor puppy got sick on my carpet on the Same Day!!! Thanks form coming out so fast and being great to work with! I appreciate the ease and professionalism of your techs too! I would totally recommend them! They were able to sanitize, deodorize and get everything all clean!!!
