My husband bought materials for our Florida Room that I’ve been asking him for years. It was my dream for years. We went through contractors, interviewed them but my husband chose JM because we live literally few walks away from them. Jay one of the staff from JM started working last year December and didn’t finish my roof until summer of 2022. My husband has to go to JM and ask Chris, the owner and always remind Jay to come finish the roof which a lot of times he didn’t show up because of various personal reasons. It finally was finished after half a year and rain started coming in. We have water rain leaks in our Florida Room from JM’s roof and can’t even use it because of this problem. My husband has told JM multiple times. He was told to buy a spray to seal the gap in the roof. It still did not correct the problem. It’s been so frustrating that we spent so much money for this roof that we bought and built by JM, took half a year to finish the job and still has issues. I seriously considering reporting the company to Business Bureau for such the worst job. We had high hopes for JM in the beginning but now I don’t even want any of their staff to work for any of our future projects and buy their materials. It seriously traumatized me.

They did a nice job building my enclosed patio room but there is a leak. They came back to fix but it continues to leak. They ignore e mails and seemed to have washed their hands of it. They are very good at starting a job but don’t trust them to finish it.

Requested a quote over a week ago. The woman I spoke to was very friendly but I have not received a return call to schedule the free quote. Obviously they must not need my money or job so I will not be using them.

I’m sure J&M is very busy. That’s no excuse for their lack of customer service. Appears by reading the reviews that this is the norm for them. I signed contract for enclosure in September and it was finally installed about 4 months later. The side of my enclosure was damaged by roofers and am needing a replacement for it. Additionally, my enclosure is leaking BAD!! All along one of the seams, water pours out and along the wall, the water pours down. I’ve called. I’ve emailed. I emailed and called them 6/12 regarding the replacement trim and 6/18 regarding the leaks in my new enclosure. Today is 6/24 and I still haven’t heard from them. This is summertime in Florida - aka rainy season! So far, they get 2 stars. I will gladly update this review once resolution is accomplished. I’ve been in customer service my whole life and no follow up for 2 weeks nor communication is unacceptable.

They have a sales person that comes to your home for the installation of screen room or carport etc.
If you can walk on your main house roof to gutter in question then you can either by hand scoop debris from gutter to clear it or use an air compressor with an air nozzel to blow out the gutter.
