On 6/28/22 stop for lunch with my Family after menards.. Oder our food.. Prices for food didn’t reflect the menu board. I ask for a clearer printed receipt couldn’t get one. Manager Raxa refunded me $1.50. She was nice but didn’t have it all together. There was also an employee Female with glasses that was very rude n annoying. And thinks she in charge of the place.. No Name tags. She would not give me her name for a formal complaint. Will not be visiting this Wendy’s anymore when I go shopping at menards.. there are other better options in the area..

Workers attitude was rude and unhelpful. It was card only the employees refused cash and pay at kiosks the drinks were in a Coca-Cola freestyle machine and was out of the drink we ordered. The food wasn't ready at the same time, We dined in and was given in bags. The garbage was overflowing with trash. The kiosk were uncleaned and no sanitizer around. It was a disappointing experience at this location.

Today we had a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, small fries and cherry coke for a quick lunch while on our way to do errands. Fast food is fast food but today Wendy’s hit the mark on how Wendy’s fast food is supposed to taste! Fresh, salted fries and crispy bacon on the burger. It’s been years since we had fresh and fast Wendy’s and it was quite delicious. Glad we stopped at this location for lunch.

Horrible setup. See photos. Walked to sign that says start here. The snide teen says "go back to kiosk I can't take your order. We don't have any registers here." If you want to have this work, you have one of the snide teens that can't run registers stay at front doors, greet customers and introduce kiosk. All I wanted was fries and soda, and a side of aggravation for free.
