I walked into the restaurant at 10:15 for a breakfast burrito, when we walked in they said it would be a minute before they could get to us because they were making a pickup order. After about 10 minutes of waiting as they continued to make pick up orders instead of helping physical customers we asked to get breakfast burritos and they said they weren’t serving it anymore while there was eggs and potatoes out from making breakfast for all of their pickup orders. I understand the customer service industry is crazy, but when did someone over a computer become more important and higher priority than a customer coming in to a store to order.

I had a problem with my delivery. Got the wrong burrito. The manager, Robert, was so incredibly accommodating and so nice. He made sure I ended up getting my correct order AND called me to make sure I got it and that it was good. Best customer service I have had in a long. Maybe even the best ever. Thank you so much Robert. So so so nice!!!

The place was dirty, and not one person had a smile. Everyone looked at each other as if they were trying to decide who should help me and take my order. My breakfast burritos had almost NO meat in them and the wrap job was awful. The Qdoba on Hampden is amazing and I have always had a great experience there I love them. The attitude of the crew at this location was pretty awful. The phone rang and one of the girls handed it to one of the guys at the counter and she said "you need to take this call but go to the bathroom." He was in the middle of taking my order seriously?!

I went there tonight to get my husband a quesadilla. When I got home and he was looking at it there was a long black hair, it was definitely from the girl making it who wasn't wearing any kind of hair net. My hair is thick and falls out so I get things happen but you should definitely have some kind of net or something because that's disgusting. So I call and they said they'd remake it, ok great. I go back a second time and get it. I *should* have checked it before leaving so that was my mistake. When I get home I'm trying to fet it ready and one part is completely empty and another part is soo soggy and like falling apart. So we're going back for the third time at this point. The manager was nice, like no issues with him. We couldn't get a refund unfortunately so we have a free entree card 🙃. I unfortunately didn't get a picture of the hair but I got a picture of the second order that I'll be posting.

They closed to remodel after someone drove a car through the front of the restaurant. They're back open in the same place.
