Once again amazing amazing work!!!!!!we needed some additional work done and like always they are willing, able and professionally do all that we needed plus then some. As you see from my previous post we LOVE THIS ORGANIZATION!!!! By far the most professional, educational and amazing experience. No other place compares!!!!! This organization has every angle and situation in control. From the initial process Laura and Tony both take their time explaining and assuring that every issue with your RV is identified, noted and checked by technicians. Technicians take their time and do an amazing professional and detail job. Then we are given a real time update of all work done and what was found that requires correcting. We are so impress by everyone that we have not only decided to make this our location; but we are also now recommending and suggesting to everyone to go there before any other. As if this was bot enough, your prices and attention to detail is incredible. It is safe to say in today’s economy if we don’t do our homework and find a great place we will truly regret it. I am so glad we did ours. Thank you so much to everyone and till the next visit.

We hired PM to do some work on our Coachmen Sprinter RV. Some of the work was done satisfactorily but there were issues in almost everything they fixed. They performed a oil change on the Mercedes’ sprinter engine. We started down the road on our 5 week vacation and got about to the middle of the Howard Franklin Bridge when the oil light and temperature gage alarmed. We were very upset and decided to continue over the bridge to pull off due to safety reasons. We called our warranty company and they advised us to get towed. The dealings with the warranty company were disastrous but that is a discussion with them. In the end after 3 hours in the heat we decided to take a chance and drive the 3 miles to Mercedes of Tampa Bay. They were excellent and looked at it right away. It turned out the PM Mechanic over filled the oil. Fortunately not enough to do permanent damage but enough to set off the alarms. 6 anxious hours later we started our vacation. Due to the overfilled oil our cruise control would not work on our 4800 mile trip. The weather strip they installed fell off, the drawer they fixed broke again and their inability to find the fresh water drain valve made more challenges on the trip. We would not use them again.

PMS are the best mechanics in the area! I have been using them for over 4 yrs now and have been happy ever since. Every time I have an issue with one of my work trucks, no matter how busy they are they find the time to squeeze me in. Their turnaround time is impeccable, their staffing is amazing, and Prices are very reasonable compared to other mechanics. Rob and Tony Definitely go out of their way to make sure your a satisfied customer, with a fixed vehicle and it didn't cost an arm and a leg! Hence why I will to continue to use them in the near future!

This company was a great find! They get my RV in quickly, get the work done quickly, do a great job, charge a very reasonable price, and are very friendly and professional. I never feel like they try to oversell anything.
