Been a customer for 5 years. Purchased a bad torch. After 3 times of coming back and being given bunks as replacements …was told “no returns” by the manager. At this point a $18 dollar torch ( recommended to us the first time ) has turned in to a lot of time, gas, and headaches. Left with a 7 dollar bottle of lighter fluid…. But no refund or exchange of the torch. Going to be hard to use free gas with no torch. And thought it was interesting to be told “ we should have bought a more expensive torch “ ( shouldn’t a torch at least last past 1 fill ????!!!??) Won’t be back. There are far too many options in Fort Collins, do yourself a solid and stay away from this one.

Lots of different products, great prices, and an amazing staff; Stephanie, Jason, and Jody are the kindeat most helpful people I've ever had the joy to help me, and they're happy to help me shop when a) I have no idea what I'm looking for, and b) I ask lots of stupid questions. I am quite pleased with my experience here. I purchased a product for a very fair $23, and when I brought it home I found it not to work properly. I returned immediately and the kind ladies exchanged it without question and told me to return if I had the same issue. The new item works exceptionally well, and for the price it's an amazing bargain. Five stars for excellent customer service, a great price, and seemingly solid product. Cheers!
