I only gave one star because I had to. These "ladies" behind the window are extremely rude. I tried to register my husband's vehicle as I do every year and they refused to allow my because I didn't have a note for permission signed by him . When I started asking questions as to why, I never needed one before and I have done this every year the lady behind d the window and the one sitting behind her at a desk became defensive and of kind of came at me and started getting loud telling me it's the law always has been. Point is they had no customer service and should not deal with the public if they cant handle a simple question
