This is a fun local spot where people in the neighborhood go to hang out. We were there for an after workout event by neighboring business Studio Q. Our server Katie was excellent. She handled about 16-20 of us at one time and did a great job. The price is very reasonable and the portions were good. My Chicken Garden Wrap was large and delicious. My husband said his burger was cooked a little more well than he liked it but it was still good. The sweet potato fries were good but could have had a few more. Our 10 year old grandson said the Mac & Cheese was not good and couldn’t eat it. The island decor is fun. Overall it was pretty good for the price.

We go for Trivia on Thursdays. Each time, it takes at least 20 to 30 minutes just to get our drink orders. Another 20 to 30 minutes for food unless we get the attention of our waiter. The only reason I even give it 1 star is because once the food is ordered it comes out timely and hot. But the food is mediocre and pricey. Then, once the food is brought over by someone from the kitchen, not even the waiter, you're lucky to see the waiter another time at all, and if you are lucky, you get another drink refill. In all, terrible service and just okay food.

5 stars for sure. To start, our server was extremely lovely and very engaged with our table, she had conversation with us instead of just simply taking our orders. When we ordered mozzarella sticks and it turned out the last order had just went out, we decided to order The spinach artichoke dip (which was delicious) and the nice server only charged us for the mozzarella sticks price as an apology, it was $3 less. She gave my sister and her husband 2 shots on the house for their birthdays which I thought was lovely too. :) Their fish tacos are very very yummy, I recommend the corn tortillas and manga salsa for sure. In addition, their claw machine isn’t rigged! And we won about 5 stuffed animals with $8. Will be eating here again. Thank you!

We visited Island Grill on a late Sunday afternoon. We got seated right and and were offered a menus and drink orders. Waitress was very attentive and professional. There were 5 TV screens on with different Tokyo Olympic events on. We ordered the battered mushroom appetizer. It was served fast and was so rich. We ordered the house Margaritas. I watches the bar keep make them fresh. So refreshing on the hot day. The menu offers sandwiches, burgers, and a huge variety of tacos. We both ordered the Island Thai Stir Fry. Very good mix of spices, noodles, vegetables, and shrimp and chicken. I recommend this restaurant and will return.
