Went to Ludlow location after Holyoke store had a sign on the door saying the system was down. Apparently so was the Ludlow store but Debbie proceeded to help me find exactly what I needed. Customer service provided was excellent.

I'm so disappointed how I was treated by the cashiers in the Ludlow store #826. I went in today 11/19/21 at 3:25 pm and cashier # 818421 while attending me another customer came in with a return. Thel lady asks the cashier if she has to go back to the fabric area to do her return. Cashier response no. We can do it. As I'm waiting to get attended by the same cashier (818421) cashier# 831707 does her return with no issues. The customer before me had purchased a couple of fabrics and the same cashier that attended me never compared how many fabric the lady had on her receipt with the pieces of fabric. Rung her up offered her coupons etc. As this same cashier attended me she counted how many fabrics I had and compared it to the receipt I handed her. To make sure everything was there. She never offered me any coupons and I had to tell her that two of my items didn't rung up right. It was a bother to her that I informed her of the corrections. I came back at 4:42pm same dad and cashier# 831707 attended me. I told her that I was returning two pieces of fabric. The cashier says to me you have to go back to get the measurements in the back. I say to her, I was just here and she rung me up why do I have to go to the back. She says you have to get it measured again. So I did. In the time that we are living 2021 almost 2022 I can't understand why we are treated different. my color of skin, my nationality, my economic status shouldn't determine how we are treated. All lives matter NO MATTER WHAT. I'm Hispanic and my color skin is tan. I was treated differently then the other ladies. I won't ever come back to this store. I will give my business elsewhere.
