Check out was smooth, worker was nice but the SUV I rented was dirty inside. Smelled funky and had what looks like a chicken wing left in the ground floor. Do they normally wipe down the vehicles inside? I would expect more after s charging $700 on my credit card.

Reserved a car from this agency for a visit last year, and it appeared all went well. When I arrived to pick up the car with the card on which I made the reservation, I was told debit cards are not accepted for payment. It would've been nice to know methods of payment ahead of time since the website itself states renters can provide a credit card or debit card. I choose not to own a credit card, so I was screwed - and that was the attitude of the staff. Fortunately my passenger had a credit card and was able to rent & drive. Planning for a visit soon... guess who I'm NOT using? That's right!

Really great experience with everyone I spoke to over the 6 weeks my car was being repaired. They were knowledgeable and flexible with me having to keep extending my rental. They picked me up directly from the repair shop and I was able to leave my car at the repair shop when finished. It was nice to not have an extra stressor during the process because I knew they would be helpful and kind.

We were told when we rented a car that there was a three hour window for return without having to pay for an additional day. As it turns out, they beging charging an hourly fee once you are past your return time. Afterthree hours it equals a daily rate. Not explained correctly during rental process. Other than that, the rental went well/
