Won’t be eating here again. Service was was horrible, took us an hour just to get our food and it wasn’t even hot. Our buns were rock hard and my plate had burn marks from being under the warmer for so long. Took them forever to even get our slightly warm appetizer. The table next to us ordered around the same time we did and got their food and check before we got our food. Had to ask for dressing for my salad that came out after my sandwich and had to ask for silverware and extra sauces because barely any was put on the burgers.. extremely dry from being over cooked and left under the warmer for so long. No apologies from our server for the extremely long wait and barely warm enough food. Waste of money

Chili’s Idaho Falls is under a new GM. The place is still acquiring new team members, training and getting its feet back under it. The staff was friendly. Our server did a great job. The food was tasty. I’m just on a road trip and Chili’s is one of my go-to stops when traveling. This one didn’t disappoint.

Our waitress was just a bundle of energy, doing a great job of taking care of all HER customers AND others. NOT ONE COMPLAINT for her wonderful customer service skills!! Seems as though management could take a lesson and learn to chip in and help, though! As good as our server was there's only so much one person can do Kitchen could be more efficient and get orders out timely fashion.

Food was alright…definitely could’ve been better. Fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. Expensive dinner for the bad quality of food. Our waitress was very slow and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant
