Why is there no carryout option? It takes about an hour to an hour and a half for the pizza to get delivered while I could go inside and it'll be ready in 15 minutes. Good pizza. Horrible business model, especially since some people (including me) would prefer driving to pick it up.

Great pizza. Some of the best crust I've ever had and I don't really like crust! Reasonably priced and delivered right on time! The Burg was sooo good. And I guarantee we will be eating there again when we go back to Rexburg!

I used to love Doorzza, but waiting an hour to get a pizza with half cheesy bread, and the cheesy bread portion is only like 25% cheese is ridiculous. Called and said something about it and they made a new pizza, so customer service is pretty ok. Included the bad one and good one in pics. When Doorzza gets it right, their pizza is great. But they are getting worse and worse. Still probably going to order from them again because it’s a great price and is great when they actually make it right, but just disappointed in how inconsistent their pizzas are.

On rainy days Doorza did not disappoint!! They got here earlier than the time listed, and the pizza was still hot. Ordered online, and it was definitely worth it!! A true competitor for other delivery pizza places.

At the very least, I know for sure that their employees are required to wear masks at all times. When my pizza was delivered, the delivery guy was wearing one, but he did walk right up to my door. It didn't bother me too much but for those who might be uncomfortable with it, you can input custom special delivery instructions for them (i.e. to set the pizza down outside the door and step away). There was no physical contact required upon delivery at all, not even signing a receipt or anything. Their ordering, payment, and tips are all done online when you initially place the order. Super easy process, it would not be difficult at all to request social distancing or other safety precautions. They seem very accommodating and friendly!
