I am so disappointed with Adirondack Appliance. I have purchased numerous appliance with them and more than likely will purchase more as I have multiple rental units. I've always just blindly trusted them and looking back, I certainly should not have. I purchased a dishwasher a couple of years back and when it needed a part (because it is a cheap clunker that I should have stayed away from), I naturally called Adirondack Appliance....... and called again.......... and again......... and again. Their parts department is a joke and what should have been handled with a very quick order (as was handled by Earl B. Feiden on call number one for a customer who has never done business with them) I never even received a call back on. I like to keep business local however, they are GROSSLY overpriced and their customer service is non-existent. Steer clear of this business and call Earl B. Feiden instead........ or any other company than Adirondack Appliance.

8 years ago I built an outdoor kitchen with appliances I purchased from Adirondack appliances. My grill required a replacement of a burner valve after this past winter. I contacted Adirondack appliances to see about a warranty. The manufacturer was very delayed in providing warranty parts. Adirondack appliances kept on it and shipped my part to me as soon as they received it. I am very pleased with their customer service.
