The driver is fantastic. Regular and efficient. He has done things I did not expect him to do. Great driver. The company never answers the telephone. If you have a problem, you MIGHT hear from someone via e-mail. I have had service cancelled for a week, got an e-mail the day after the missed service stating they'd be by next week. I've been double-billed. Never been able to get through to anyone on the telephone. I was put on hold for fifteen minutes once, then hung up on.

Waste Management is such a poorly run company and totally unreliable. We were customers of theirs for over 20 years and their service has progressively gotten worst over the years. This year was our breaking point. Service to our neighborhood has been delayed for weeks - I have the emails to back it up. And this is just a small sample of their unreliability - often the weeks service was delayed or rescheduled they never showed up. Our entire neighborhood has been affected. Garbage not being picked up for 4 weeks - it’s disgusting. In addition they raised their prices twice in less than 5 months. Terrible service would never recommend to anyone. Interesting that when we cancelled our service the truck used to pick up overflowing bins were subcontracted by Ryder.

Service from Waste Management has been unbearable. Some weeks you get picked up, some weeks you don't. I contacted them today because they skipped us last week ( Today is my normal pickup day). Customer service stated that we were going to be picked up later today. 5 hours later I get a message stating that they will not be coming for another seven days....... Who knows if they will even show up for the next scheduled pick up. I PAY THEM UP FRONT for a year of service! Just go anywhere else for service unless something seriously changes with Waste Management.
