Takes them forever to get your order ready, keep in mind there was no customer and the employee was doing nothing, he completely ignored me when I walked in, after I left, I called to cancel my order, he put me on hold for 30 minutes to help in-store customers, once he returned, he tells me that the system "conveniently" stop working and to try again tomorrow

Gamestop has gone down hill. I go elsewhere for my gaming needs. They tried scamming my son while he was using a gift card into their subscription service while trying to get an accessory. I had to go with my son to cancel the subscripyion and get the amount back on the gift card which was a 30 min ordeal.

Went to return an online order and they processed my refund, got a call a couple of days later saying my refund request was “denied.” Customer service has been no help at all and have done nothing to help me. I don’t even have the physical item i bought in the first place since I returned it and they still have not issued my refund. Lost $800.

As always Great staff in this Game Stop. René the store manager has incredible customer service skills. He was actually the prior manager at the route 1 location. But that one closed. So they moved him to the Mall location. Again an asset to the company. I was also helped by Jeff and again great customer service and helped me add to my purchase a screen protector and a 128 GB card for my wife's gift. I had to get her the Animal crossing switch.

I don't think they have them, went there for the first run and they told people to go home. I'd stick to online.
Most new titles are in the 40 dollar range but there are some that go for less
